Our social activities are designed to make you feel at ease and ensure you make the most of your time in Oaxaca. Whether you’re into music, crafts or are more interested in nightlife, there’s something for everybody.

Language dinner

Come join us for our language dinners once a week (depending on how many students are interested). We're getting together one evening a week at a nice restaurant/taquería where you get to enjoy dinner with the friends you've made in our community while practicing your Spanish.

Karaoke night
|
Karaoke at the weekend is proving increasingly popular with our students. Join us for sing-along fun at our local bar. It's excellent practice for your Spanish, even if your singing needs some work. |
Dancing lessons
|
Our dance classes are for everyone, with the emphasis on having fun and meeting new people. We teach you basic moves on the dance floor and then walk you through a series of dances which use variations of the same moves. To keep things sociable, students move to a new partner for each dance.
