How long can I come for?There is no minimum booking.
We would encourage a 3 or 4 week stay to make the most of our immersive programs. But if you have less time, or are looking for some refresher lessons, we can shape a program around your needs. |
What if I don't speak any Spanish?Our teachers have plenty of experience taking students through the very first steps of learning a new language.
You’ll be amazed how quickly you can build up a basic knowledge and gain confidence to speak Spanish when you are with us and practicing every day. |
If I am finding the Spanish lessons difficult, can I change my learning level?Of course. It’s important that you feel relaxed and comfortable in your speed and level of learning.
Your teacher will monitor your progress carefully and can move you to a different learning level at any time that is right for you. |
How much pocket money should I bring with me?Oaxaca is very affordable for everyday living costs, but it also offers many temptations for those with an eye for beautiful crafts and artworks. Or a taste for fine dining.
Whatever your spending habits, make sure you bring enough to pay for extras such as optional excursions or gifts. |
What if I have medical concerns?We have good links with local doctors and hospitals should you need to visit them
. Students who have any regular medication should bring this with them in correctly labelled packaging, which clearly states doses and times of administration. Examples of types of medication students should carry themselves are: • Preventatives for severe allergies • Insulin pens • 'Reliever' inhalers |
What items should I bring with me?Pack to be comfortable. We would suggest you include the following:
• Casual clothes for everyday wear • A warm sweater • Something to wear at a party • Waterproof walking shoes • A weatherproof coat/jacket A hat for sun protection, and an umbrella to shelter from showers of rain are a good idea, but you can buy both when you are here. |
